Running is powerful. It helps keep minds and bodies healthy. It brings people together. And it gives friends, family and colleagues a reason to donate! That’s why we believe that running can help prevent suicide, one step at a time.
We are always looking for new people to join the Grassroots Runners and help prevent suicide, be it your first 10k or 50th marathon. We have charity places available for events throughout the year, but also want to hear from you if you have bought an individual or ballot place for any events.
As a Grassroots Runner you’ll get hands-on fundraising advice, a cheer squad at certain races, and a snazzy Grassroots vest in which to train and run on the big day. You’ll also be welcomed to the online Grassroots Runners Facebook group, a place to share tips, inspirations, and training stories.
