MHRRS service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service offers mental health support for people who feel at risk to themselves and/or others, or if someone feels concerned that a person is at risk to themselves and/or others due to their mental health. Health professionals, carers or patients can ring for advice

A telephone service providing support and information to anyone experiencing mental health problems including stress, anxiety and depression. Available Monday to Friday 5pm-9am, and 24 hours at weekend and bank holidays.
