Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) provides community health, mental health and learning disability services for a population of approximately 1.3 million people throughout Bedfordshire, Essex, Suffolk and Luton. We employ 5,000 members of staff across 200 sites.

If you are concerned about your mental health, speak to your GP and they can refer you to the appropriate services. If you are already receiving care and treatment from EPUT's Community Mental Health Teams(CMHT), please contact your local team between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
