Does talking really help?

Around 73% of people who die by suicide have not been in contact with mental health services in the year before their deaths.

We know that people at risk are right here in our community. Real Talk was designed for and by those people to help us all talk more openly and honestly about one of the world’s most taboo subjects.

Let’s get real. Talking about suicide is one of the best ways to prevent it.

Course information

This takes courage – courage that we all have. Real Talk makes it easier for you to start conversations that could quite literally make the difference between life and death.
