Free Digital Suicide Prevention Training

Grassroots are pleased to offer places on our suicide prevention training, funded by Public Health at Brighton & Hove City Council.

To be eligible for a funded place you need to be working in the Brighton & Hove area with people at socio-economic disadvantage.

This includes individuals experiencing

  • financial hardship due to debt
  • under or unemployment
  • gambling
  • income reduction related to covid-19
  • inequality due to ethnicity, gender, sexuality, gender identity.

The following exclusion criteria apply to eligibility for funded places:

  • People not working or volunteering within Brighton & Hove City (City boundary here)
  • Employees of Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

When purchasing on behalf of others, please ensure you have the full information for each participant as you will be asked to fill out details upon booking. If you would like to train more than 10 staff or volunteers from your organisation, please get in touch to discuss the most appropriate training options.

Please note that for certain courses there is a nominal fee for training places. This covers administrative fees and is non-refundable. In the event that you cannot attend, please provide the details of anyone attending in your place.
